You should always pay close attention to customer reviews.

BUT there's a problem.

The Science Shop on Energy Consumers Edge, like other small web shops powered by Amazon, can only show up to three reviews per product. That limitation can result in reviews that may be more flattering than would be the case if ALL reviews were readily available, as is done on the main Amazon site.

I am appealing to Amazon to make full product reviews available for small, specialty shops like this one. But it is a long, slow appeal process. Meanwhile, the Amazon Search Link above is a convenient way to check out ALL of the reviews posted on Amazon.

When you find a product you like, just highlight and copy the product name. Then click back here to the Science Shop Index page and paste the product name into the Amazon Search widget above and click the product that appears in the window. When you land on the Amazon Product Page, click the review stars on your product and check the reviews.

Pay special attention to the 1 and 2 star, negative reviews. It's sad to say, but the quality of a number of products on the market today (where ever you shop) is just plain sad. While Amazon has one of the best customer service and return policies out there, you can save a lot of aggravation by reading those reviews, especially the bad ones.
